Terms of Service

PROOFS:

All custom purchases will receive a proof which will require customer approval. An email will be sent to customers preferred email address and must be replied to with the statement from customer stating that the proof is “APPROVED FOR PRODUCTION”.

REFUND POLICY:

Customized products are not refundable. The only exception to this policy is an error in spelling or if the color of either the item or the design is printed incorrectly.

Incorrect sizing is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the wrong size is shipped, we will correct our error at that point.

All products are inspected for defects before they are printed, we make every effort to find defects before a product gets  to the customization stage in production.

PAYMENT POLICY:

All customized orders are prepaid. We wait until payment is complete before beginning the production process. Orders can be canceled up to the time that they go into production. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible , once an order has gone into production it can not be canceled.
